- MMikeGreater Boston •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoJax is an outstanding restaurant . The food and service were superb. My wife is especially picky about the freshness of fish and the way it is cooked. She raved about her Cod dish. I had a Tuna dish that was very tasty . The asparagus was notable in that thin stalks were chosen and cooked to perfection. The waiter was attentive, but not overbearing. All sauces were delicious .More infoJax Fish House & Oyster Bar - BoulderPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Boulder•4.7
- EEllenDenver / Colorado •52 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOnce again, our experience was amazing sitting at the Chef's Counter. The chef's know their stuff in this kitchen, and it's a learning experience too when the chef's describe the ingredients and process for each dish. These chefs are passionate about their food and the ingredients used. The cocktails are very creative and perfect. We will be back again and again.More infoCozobi Fonda FinaPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Boulder•4.9

I felt a bit rushed in the beginning as a few items arrived quickly about the same time, but then it all smoothed out and I was quite content with the entire dining experience. Everything was beyond delicious! Thanks you Stella's Cucina for a special dining experience.More infoStella's CucinaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Boulder•4.7

- LLanceDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe view is amazing. Our breathe was taken away as we watched the full moon rise out of the clouds as the lights glistened off the snow covered pine trees. Words cannot express how delicious each gourmet course was. The flavors danced in your mouth. Everyone, we interacted with at the restaurant was outstanding. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. They did several little things that made our anniversary dinner a little extra special. (I don't want to spoil the surprises if you decide to celebrate here.) My husband declared after the appetizer, this is our new anniversary tradition. My only advice would be to plan on enjoying every minute. This is a four course meal which took around two hours to serve. It was such a beautiful evening, we lost track of time. I was really impressed when the valet had our car fully warmed when we walked outside. ( The temperature was 8 degrees.) It was an amazing experience.More infoFlagstaff HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•4.8
