- MMarjorieWashington, D.C. Area •27 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy friend and I dined in the outdoor eating space at Iron Gate where there were impressive fires burning next to each table. We were snug and warm. Our waiter was so welcoming we relaxed and relied on his advice while ordering. Our food was amazing from the tasty welcome dish through the main dish and two delicious desserts. The young woman at the front door went beyond her duties to help us add a second ride to our taxi order. We plan many return visits!More infoIron GatePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Dupont Circle•4.6
- KKimVIPNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had breakfast at the Tabard Inn because it looked like a unique hotel that I wanted to check out, and it was within walking distance from where I was staying. The hotel was charming and unique in its eclectic furnishings. The dining room was quiet. The breakfast was almost half what I paid at the Jefferson Hotel the day before and twice as good. I had eggs over easy. I asked for my bacon well done. It was cooked to perfection and one of the best orders of bacon I ever had. The biscuit and hash browns, which were more like roasted potatoes, were delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I would return the next time I'm in DC.More infoTabard InnPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Dupont Circle•4.7
