We hosted our family who was visiting for the first time. The service was warm, genuine and attentive. We loved the coconut shrimp, and the ribs were outstanding. Jake's Spoon is such a special place. We sat outside to watch the purple Weaver Mountains at sunset.. a magical setting, and we felt proud to share it with our family.

Our waitress Kaitlyn was fantastic! She gave great recommendations, was delightful to talk to, attentive to our table, and had a cheery attitude. The food was delicious, filling, and plentiful! Can’t wait to go back again!

There were 4 of us dining. For 3 of us the meal was A+; the person who had branzino rated the only "C" and said he'd not reorder it; portion was small with excess breading and potatoes were cold. But any place can have a "miss" on one dish. I give this feedback just so the kitchen can figure out what happened. We've been there before and already planning to return. Wait staff are great. If you've not tried The Neighborly you should. Don't let our less than perfect experience deter you.

Ordered two seafood dishes, sea bass & scallops and they were cooked perfectly. Shared some sides that were good but not great. Salads were served on HOT PLATES, which was unpleasant. Water was served at the table lukewarm no ice and I had to request refills. Never got bread service to the table. The ambiance is ok. It’s honestly a good place with nice food, but for the very high price I expected much better food & service.

The food is good (although expensive). The view is very nice, especially at sunset. But, what really made this a nice experience was the exceptional service! Aneesa (I’m probably not spelling her name correctly) was so attentive and pleasant. We really enjoyed talking with Timothy, he was a true professional, and when we told him it was our anniversary, he sent us home with a free bottle of wine!
