Restaurants near Casa Fayette

Bruna tops every dining experience I’ve had in all my years of travel. From the greeting to the check, I can not imagine what might have been better. The house bread, the mussels, the sea bass, all were fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The gardens with the bonsai, flowering vines, sculptures and tiled walkways were a feast for the eyes and senses. It is an experience not to be missed.

Must try the shrimp ceviche and pulpo! The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. We were a bit disappointed to find that some of the drink options we enjoyed during our last visit in July were no longer on the menu, but overall we had a relaxing experience!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Half high-end Japanese sushi, half new style Mexican seafood, it is wholly delicious. The fish is fresh and the creative dishes show an expert-level attention to detail: the fresh coconut gracing a pismo clam is carefully julienned, house tortillas may be made from blue or yellow corn depending on the dish they accompany, the cherry tomatoes in a salad have been carefully peeled. The restaurant is currently half-hidden at the back of a shopping plaza next to a hotel, but will be moving to Colonia Americana in a couple of months. Service is attentive and menus are available in both Spanish and English. Definitely will return.

The food was great. However, service was a bit of a disappointment. We had to call over someone to hand menus to us.
