Got the Chateaubriand! My wife and I enjoyed her birthday and our anniversary. Michael and Shim(?) were top notch.

We were celebrating a birthday and, as usual, they provided an excellent dinner. Had one small glitch but staff and manager were quick to address, exceeding expectations. Always enjoy dinner at Texas Cattle Company. And looking forward to our next visit. ❤️ you TCC!

We ate multiple meals at Shipwreck and each one was perfectly tailored to my family’s needs. The biggest impact for us was the service! Rico (dinner) and Liz (breakfast) were SO accommodating to our every need, no matter how small or obnoxious. When I needed milk ASAP for my cranky toddler, Liz made it appear immediately. When my exhausted children had a meltdown at dinner, Rico brought me everything I needed to GTFO. The level of patience and empathy of the staff cannot be understated. As for the food, it’s unlimited and yet still great quality. The blackened fish was a perfectly cooked salmon, crisp & spiced on the outside but moist and buttery on the inside. For fish mass cooked for multiple tables at a time, this was impressive. The salad was another surprising stand out. Fresh spring mix (no cheap iceberg) with a tangy sweet vinaigrette disappeared so fast we ordered a second bowl. We had a blast at the Legoland hotel, and the Shipwreck restaurant was a big “piece”!

Celebrated my birthday at the restaurant located in one of Lakeland’s oldest historic downtown buildings. Food and service were both excellent. I especially enjoyed the Brie appetizer and the Roast Duck with confit.
