Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Amazing meal! Fabulous atmosphere and good service. The ham and cheese croquettes were the best I’ve ever had, and the tagliatelle with pork ragu was outstanding. Great vibes all around, highly recommend!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Lives up to the hype. The al pastor fish tacos were a highlight! Incredible. My only critique would be that they use a QR code menu. I love a physical menu and am sad to see the whole restaurant scrolling on their phones the minute they sit down. Personal preference though, and wouldn’t stop me going again! Loved it.
