Country French setting creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive and efficient. Menu choices were limited. Loved the roasted corn chowder and crab bisque. The dijon lemon chicken was tasty with the cream sauce, but would have been better using a chicken breast instead of a leg and partial thigh. That would have made it easier to eat and cut with a knife. Toasted bread was served with a delicious pesto sauce on the side. Very nice place for a gathering with friends.

I came with my large quiet dog, they were able to give my a table in the back, took the chair away so my dog had room to lie down. Food- appetizer, were delicious. My waitress was attentive, courteous, and helpful. I would send friends to that restaurant.

It has been many years since I've dined at Casanova. I was happy to learn that the years have only enhanced the charm, atmosphere and cuisine. Both our server and the sommelier were excellent. Both were engaging, kind, and offered excellent descriptions & recommendations. The seafood linguine was superb, as was the Sancerre wine that I paired with it. Our food came out in a timely manor and was piping hot when served. I honestly wish I lived in Carmel (for many reasons) but if I did I would dine at Casanova weekly.

We had the most wonderful experience at Sur at the Barnyard! The food and service could not be better! We were impressed with the host/hostess, server and management! We will be back often!

A wonderful meal in a bustling, yet romantic environment. Food was delicious and the bananas foster dessert did not disappoint. Portions are plentiful and the value comparable. Will gladly return.
