Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave.     This dining experience was novel and a joy. The chef combined flavors creating tastes we had never had before. Sometimes it was a bit overwhelming (like the garlic on the Chinese broccoli), but we were glad we had ordered it and after pushing the garlic aside, ate every bite. Try the octopus -- absolutely delicious and not at all like the typical calamari you get in local restaurants. Our server was very cordial, had a great sense of humor, and increased our enjoyment.

    This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!

    As always, both the food and service were excellent. The Chilean Seabass is expensive but it's the best seabass I have found in Seattle. Pasta was also very good too.
