Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.     I usually order a filet which is always delicious but this time I decided to go Italian. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my cousin ordered the ravioli. Both were yummy!! We finished off with the amazing brownie dessert. Birkin’s is a much needed restaurant in this area. You can’t go wrong with the sushi, steaks or Italian dishes. We already have reservations for Valentines Day!! I have only one complaint from last night. We were disappointed the coffee maker was not working. The hot coffee would have been excellent on a very cold night with our delicious brownie dessert

    Went for dinner last night. My husband had the pappardelle with lamb and I had the celeriac pirogies. We had the foie gras for dessert. EVERYTHING was amazing!!! Each bite of the food had a different, delicious taste and texture- so darn good!!!! Our waiter, Nate, was terrific. Will be back soon! Thanks!

    10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Our waitress Melissa was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, personable, she made great suggestions and she made sure that we had a great experience. Our bartender Brittany was awesome as well. The drinks were made to perfection! Our food made me want to kiss the chef! Everything that everyone in my party ordered was absolutely delicious. This is a black owned, female owned restaurant and I am here for it!!!
