When you claim that you’re adding a signature steakhouse experience, every detail has to be considered to transform you from the stresses of business and life.The décor is modern, but not pretentious. The ambiance is sophisticated and multisensory, yet comfortable. The staff is educated, but not showy. The uniforms are unique, but classically tasteful.Like the restaurant itself, the menu departs from a classic steakhouse without chasing away traditionalists. Categories range from classic steaks and chops to seafood – including lobster tail. We said robust, right? Double Cut literally means so large that your jaw hits the table. Larger portions, tons of ambiance. There’s the dinner bell. Where’s that steak knife?

    I went to the original WC several years ago and was super excited when the RR location opened. The food is phenomenal! We ordered the fried green tomatoes which were great as was the aioli. Perfect amount of lemon and heat. The Mac n cheese is to die for! It’s perfect. The steak and frites were also superb, but honestly the fries were only okay. The whiskey selection is of course fantastic and plentiful. My partner doesn’t really like whiskey and had a whiskey cocktail that was enjoyable (Bohemian Raspberry) and there are a lot of other beverages to choose from that don’t have whiskey in them. The noise level was surprisingly low from 3:00-5:00 even while being pretty steady. 100% will go back! Thank you Chef Josh for the dessert! It was perfect and I understand why it’s the only dessert option. It’s all you need!

    Their marinara sauce is fabulous. Coming from an Italian from New York that’s a compliment! The service by both Lauren and Amy was stellar.  the meal did take an hour and a half to arrive at The table. So please plan on that for whenever you plan to dine here, as it is typical to wait a long time for the food. I believe things are made from complete scratch. It’s worth the wait —if you are with good company and don’t mind waiting so long.
