Usually, I give straight five stars, this time is the first time we’ve been a little disappointed. We got the chef’s recommendation The Sonoma chicken sandwich, which was quite delicious! It came with a small salad on the same plate which the dressing was pretty bland tasting.  Also had dessert “ milk, chocolate cremuex” , very tasty!

The atmosphere is unique and fantastic, I love the entire space. What fell short for me was the food, the chicken dish was good but the waitress was raving about it and it was a little dry, my friend had the duck and the presentation looked messy and duck was also dry. We had a bread and cheese appetizer that was good but I expected the food to be so much better for this high end price range.

This was our first time at Copper and Sage and we will definitely go back. We were there to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed in the food, the ambience or the service. Our waitress, Maddie was very attentive and very engaging. She made our experience fun and memorable. She’s an excellent waitress. Three of the people in our party had the Walleye fish and chips, and I had the Wagyu beef served over grits. Everyone loved the fish dinner and said it was absolutely one of the best fish and chip dinners they had ever had. The Wagyu beef was so tender and was a very generous portion. The restaurant has a great wine list as well as cocktails, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. The restaurant gave me a birthday dessert, and I chose the Campfire Brownie. It was absolutely delicious! We sat outside and the atmosphere is great.

We enjoyed our meal very much. The food was delicious and the server was exceptional! Our server was Valerie H (#142). She was efficient, attentive, responsive and a delightful person. We enjoyed her very much!
