Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. If you are a foodie, this is the place to go for a culinary experience. This is an extremely well run restaurant with attentive staff in an intimate setting surrounding a spectacular bar. The cocktails are expertly prepared as is the presentation of each dish. A must visit when in Whistler. Leave the kids at home and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant.

The Salted Vine was recommended by a friend and now I'd highly recommend it. The service was quick, efficient, friendly and kind. The food was unique and delicious. We went early so it was a quiet comfortable atmosphere.

The food was excellent and the service was great. The manager put her hand up when I tried to ask he a question. Then she ignored me when I tried to get her attention which I thought was rude. Our server was great and helped out when she returned from serving other tables.
