As always, a wonderful meal, amazing ambiance, and some of the best service in the city. Can’t wait to return.

Service was fantastic! We were there at 530 on a Sat and the noise level was perfect. I could see it being very loud in there though. The food was outstanding. We had steak and multiple seafood items. Oh and dumplings for an appetizer and creme brulee for dessert. Pricey but very much worth it

Lidia’s KC consistently offers up great food paired with exceptional service every time we visit. Everything we ordered was expertly prepared and served promptly. There are menu items from the past that we would love to see again. We really liked the cookie plate option as one of the desserts. We also miss the soup option as an alternative to the salad course. The soups changed daily and were always a favorite. We would even order soup to go.

We love this restaurant. First it is beautiful but not trendy. Second the execution of the food is superb. We love the fact you can find traditional menu items still (today was Steak Dianne) and even though steak is featured there is always a variety of seafood, duck and lamb. Service was excellent also. They use first rate ingredients and sauces and salad dressings are house made and exceptional.

Fantastic experience!! Due to a change of plans, we arrived about an hour early for our reservation on Christmas Eve and they were kind enough to accommodate us right away. I also want to mention that we originally booked a standard table but the high top was even better for the views and ambiance. We sat right in front of the most beautiful mahogany bar and got to watch the bartenders climb up and down the super high ladder. The food was all exceptional but the baked pimento cheese tray was to die for. The fresh baked sourdough bread was also phenomenal. We had mostly seafood and everything was delicious.
