- CCynthiaVIPAustin •4 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoFood was excellent but for the quality of dining experience we expected better service. Our waitress had no suggestions for food or cocktails (almost like it was an inconvenience to be asked) and seemed less than attentive and not very friendly.More infoAba - AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• East Austin•4.8
- KKimberlyAustin •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had been looking forward to this evening for some time as you have to be strategic with your reservation. However dinner was amazing and did not disappoint. Our server Nick was very accommodating and helpful with making sure we got the most out of each dish as we were sharing family style portions. The atmosphere was lively and yet we were able to hold conversation throughout the meal. We had tried Este prior and we were told that Suerte would be just as good; the menu just focused more on the interior point of view (land animals) and they were right the flavors were outstanding. Scratch made tortillas were some of the best I have ever tasted. Thanks for making my boyfriend's birthday a success.More infoSuertePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• East Austin•4.8
- EELISEAustin •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat a memorable night! It was worth the wait of having to make a reservation months in advance. We dined on a Friday evening and there was such a synergy to the entire restaurant. Even the Chef on expo looked so at ease with tickets flying in, he stopped and said hi to a smiling baby. Our server Kevin made us feel welcomed and as if we were the only table he was serving, just flawless. The steak cut like butter, it was perfect and highly recommend. The gnocchi reminded me of the last time I was in Italy, just delicious fluffy pillows. Our 9 year old had the Bolognese and it was bursting with flavor which was unexpected but delightful. We also had the meatballs and garlic bread, a perfect way to start the meal. Save room for dessert, you will not be disappointed. The only criticism was that our table was by the entry door and it was drafty and cold. I had to keep my jacket on during dinner, but other than that we look forward to returning in March!More infoRed Ash ItaliaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.9
- BBrookeAustin •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second time eating here, and it was so much better than I remember (and I remember falling in love with the food)! Our server was so kind and helpful, the food was phenomenal -we got the ceviche, Jamaican bread and cheese, pepperpot and roti on the side- and the drinks were amazing (the First Dance is my favorite cocktail all time). I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you want to try a new cuisine that you don’t see in every city!More infoCanjePrice: Expensive• Caribbean• East Austin•4.9
- CCostaAustin •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024Este just became one of my favorite restaurant in Greater Austin. Right from the start, the tangy, fresh, taste bud tantalizing duo of salsas served with the corn flat bread were fabulous. The rest of the meal, including the desserts, was truly remarkable. All the service staff contributed to bringing the food quickly to our table. They were well trained, being knowledgeable of the menu and engaging in their conversation. We met the very kind manager at the end of our meal and knew right then and there that she was the maestro for this wonderful experience.More infoEstePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• East Austin•4.8
