Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy.     This is my 4th time coming to Michael Wan's Wok Inn and honestly, it gets better every time. The new sushi menu that has been added is amazing and adds an additional option for sushi lovers. They also make a great 'starter'. We also had the ramen, and it is literally a hug in a bowl. It is so tasty, and has a great depth of flavour. I had never tried mooli before, but I am so glad I did as it was beautiful alongside the beef brisket. It was my partners birthday, and they did a great job of celebrating this without making it super garish. The two guys that were serving were brilliant! Basically...come here, it is great and you won't leave hungry or upset with your choice.

    Fabulous hidden gem 💎. This has to be the best restaurant in Blackpool from when you enter by the private elevator it feels like a real fine dining experience. The new menu is amazing and the food is of mitchelin star quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and offer an extremely professional service. This is our favourite restaurant and and one that we highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
