Had dinner and breakfast. Both times service was attentive and courteous.. chicken parm is my go to. So good. Breakfast buffet limited options, but sitting outside in the courtyard makes it my favorite

Always excellent service - and food is consistently good. Today was a treat to see friends, enjoy lunch and not rush.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at Koko. I had a mole with short ribs that was excellent and my husband had the sea bass tacos he devoured. Mathias was our server and did a great job. We have a few more nights in Coconut Grove and will be going back. Thanks, Koko, for a great evening!

The Biltmore has kept the wonderful Brunch to high standards, with exceptional service. Such a variety, it is amazing they can keep everything so fresh. One wish: tighten up the dress code... Some men are dressing very badly, like they just came from the beach with crappy t shirt, shorts, sandals. You won't lose any customers if you keep your standards somewhat strict.

Ok, seriously a grand experience. My wife got a seranade for her birthday. The harpist is amazing. The staff is so attentive, while somehow allowing you time to focus on your group and the experience. It was fun to dress up and have a lovely tea time experience in such a beautiful setting. I highly recommend!
