Lovely venue, excellent food, great service and well priced for fine dining. My only concern is closeness of tables reduces privacy of conversations.

The Argyle is a lovely freshly renovated traditional Aussie pub. The menu is limited but the food was delicious. We sampled the stuffed mushrooms and arancini balls as entrees. Both were very competently produced. Very nicely cooked, crisp crumbs, delicate flavours. We both chose the sirloin steak with chips and salad. Steaks were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Nicely crisp chips and the salad was well dressed. Overall a good pub meal in a nice comfortable venue.

Great food and service- caters very well for allergy

Nicely tucked away down laneways with fantastic artwork on the lane walls. Staff were great and helpful when choosing which beer and food was good. There was live music was very entertaining all round a great night
