At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt.     The ambience of the restaurant is very cordial. Our waitress was Cynthia. She was very attractive and very knowledgeable. Our drinks were brought out in a timely fashion as was the delicious food. As far as libations go, we had a pitcher of red sangria and it was fantastic. If you haven't had a meal at Swahili Village, I highly suggest that you try it. You won't be disappointed

    The food -- rack of lamb and beignets for dessert- was excellent. Their veggies are always cooked to perfection in this case roasted carrots and a creamy potato gratin. It's expensive but a great place to eat, Service is great, very attentive but not annoyingly so. I would highly recommend Nico's. I have eaten here for several years as I have NJPAC tickets. An excellent dinner and a good show is something to look forward to!

    Absolutely FANTASTIC! I would travel back to Newark just to go! Decor was awesome. Place was big but so well designed. Food was incredible. Every bite of everything we ate was tasty. The staff couldn’t have been any better. We had 2 littles and they were SO kind to them. And engaging. Note they have very limited children’s menu options BUT our kiddos shared a skirt steak and loved it! They ate the entire thing! Can’t say enough good!
