Outstanding Venue and Views. Service was 10 out of 10 Excellent! Food was creative and delicious. The only issue was the music didn’t fit the venue. It was too loud and not in tune with the surroundings and the Views. We look forward to a return visit and sure wish the concept would consider an east coast location.

Christmas Day Brunch was perfect! Lots of choices: prime rib, omelet station, seafood, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts with brie, lots of pastries etc. Service was excellent & they managed the reservations well so there were no crowds/lines. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful lunch this Christmas break enjoying delicious and vegetarian friendly menu. The setting of this resturant by Oak Creek, is reason enough to dine here, the food is just the cherry on top! We spent an amazing afternoon enjoying the veg food and soaking in the views! Highly recommend the Spicy Veg pasta dish, vegan burger and the Squash soup!

The food and libations were outstanding, as was the service. Everything we ordered tasted amazing, and the portions were perfect. The establishment is well appointed but could use some sound dampening- it was hard at times to hear conversations at our own table. Nonetheless, I highly recommend The Cut - it’s fantastic!
