Restaurants near Barnett Stadium

After having a bad experience at another restaurant, my mom and I tried this place based on a recommendation. All though it was crowded (Friday night) we were almost immediately seated in the back with a candle for ambiance. As it was our first time to the restaurant, the server kindly guided us to the most popular dishes and informed us MULTIPLE times to start with Thai Mild (or no spice!) as it was authentic Thai food and the heat was no joke. So we heeded the warning and ordered Tom Yum Soup Shrimp for an appetizer, which came in a cute burner holder, Pad See Ew with Pork, and Crispy Pork Belly which was Devine and the sticky rice was a nice touch! I am pregnant so I ordered a Moscow mule mock-tail, which was awesome! The great thing about this place is that the dishes are meant to be shared and the portions are healthy! My mom and I only needed two dishes! Thank you again for the great service and making us feel welcome! We will definitely be back!

One of the coolest things I have ever done in Houston!! We came here to celebrate my husband’s 40th (a big time chocolate lover) and he was extremely impressed. This says a lot because he is actually rather difficult to impress.

I look forward to my annual birthday dinner at Ninfas!! This year the entree I have ordered for 20+ years was changed but unfortunately not for the better!! Bring back the classic India!! The manager informed me there was a chef change catering to a different taste . . . Change is good but this change left a less than desirable impression. Hopefully my feedback will make it back to this new chef!!

I enjoyed the decor of old world charm of Mexico. Everyone was friendly. The servers were very attentive. My Carne asada was delicious. Many great choices of margaritas and delicious.
