Restaurants near Baja Camp

Whenever we stay at the Hilton, we book a reservation here for dinner. We come 2 to 3 times a year. The ambience is perfect sitting poolside, especially when the weather cooperates and you can sit outside and enjoy being in the tropical environment. The food is spectacular and the servers are always friendly and on point. 

5 stars all the way. We came for our anniversary dinner. Manuel and Geovanni were our servers. Perfect, attentive but not overly so. Just right. Our food, grilled romaine version of a Caesar salad along with a roasted cauliflower dish. Filet of beef with Parmesan pesto asparagus cooked to perfection. They recommend an excellent Pinot that was one of their lesser cost wines and not the most expensive that was excellent. Because it was our anniversary they brought us a delicious dessert with champagne. It was a perfect evening. Thank you Quemandero! Did I mention the ambience? Outstanding!

Second time here and we loved it. It was a bit crowded and tons of people trying to take pictures. It’s no secret that this place has amazing views and incredible sunset views but I have to say that it was overwhelming with all the people standing up walking to get the a photo op. Regardless, the drinks and food were excellent. Highly recommend.

The food had amazing flavor and great views! Decent price and good drinks too.
