We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way.     We love Jojo's! We were happy to celebrate the holidays following one of our family member's performance in Chagrin Valley Little Theater's Christmas Concert & introduce this lovely spot to family visiting from across states - Ca, SC, & Illinois...Caleb did a wonderful job serving our large party of 12! Our entrees & wine selections were delicious! We felt a bit removed from the main restaurant & festive decorations as we were tucked away upstairs in the far back booth-like table. Perhaps this is the only spot to accommodate a party of our size. It is definitely noisy - could hardly hear one another speak. Also, please be mindful that 20% gratuity already included with groups this size...we didn't pay attention and added another 20%. We enjoyed a lovely evening of food, company, making memories & sharing the spirit of the season! Thank you! We will be back!
