We arrived early and sat at the bar for a while until our table was ready. The bartender Haz was awesome. Excellent service and drinks. The view of the sunset was amazing. 100% recommend.

Third time we dined at Hy's Steakhouse, over a 7 year span. Service levels are outstanding, literally 4 individuals attend to your table. Food was very good, we ordered Beef Wellington, as it's typically something you can not experience at most restaurants. Table side, fired Banana Foster, was perfect way to cap off the event.

Overall, The Hideout is a nice spot for breakfast with good vibes, making it worth a visit if you’re looking for a chill dining experience in Hawaii.

My wife and I are locals and have eaten at pretty much every notable restaurant on Oahu as well as the other islands. We have been meaning to try Aloha Steak House as it looked to have an awesome vibe. We are so glad we did. The food is on point with any high end steak house. In fact, it’s better. It’s not a pretentious place, the service is amazing. Loreal took great care of us with recommendations and made our night memorable. My filet was medium rare plus with a char and was perfect. My wife’s twin lobster tails were scrumptious. You have to order the arugula burrata salad, the Brussels and bacon and French fries. Top it off with Watermelon ice cream. Incredible! Did I mention the drinks? The Mai Tai should be on the list of Honolulu’s Best. This is our new date night spot for sure.
