The Captain Digby, a family friendly restaurant and bar which caters for all ages & occasions, with sea views overlooking Kingsgate Bay. We serve generously portioned fresh, home cooked food from our bar, restaurant & children's menu. Food is served from 12 noon each day, all day until late check our operating hours before arrival.Choose from our family dining area, close to our indoor play area or our cliff top restaurant with sea views. Alfresco dining is available with 40 benches overlooking the bay but these are non-reservable and work on a first come first served basis. Please note we can not guarantee window tables. We do not allow dogs inside our venue but they are welcome in our outside dining areas. Apart from the restaurant being exceptionally busy it was a good experience. We did have to wait a while for our dinner to be served but it was because there was a large party for a 30th birthday on. We were given complimentary puddings as a gesture of goodwill because of the wait which was well received. Thank you. 🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. It was so good to find GF and vegan options. In fact they offer a varied menu and we all were spoilt for choice. Loved the Cauliflower popcorns
