R Wine Bar never disappoints. We had a full day of shopping in Sioux Falls. Made 4:00 reservations a week before and requested a window seat, which are limited. We were received by very a very merry staff and were seated at my requested window seat. We ordered a bottle of wine we have never tried (spectacular) and of course off their December menu for supper. Oh my goodness it was amazing as everything on their menu is. We left happy and making plans to come back again. It is definitely our favorite restaurant and wine bar in a historic beautiful building. We were one of the first, waiting patiently for them to open several years ago, and we keep going back. Well done R Wine Bar..well done indeed!!

We loved the atmosphere! Very urban chic Mexican. The ceviche tacos were amazing. The bar is gigantic and the restaurant is very comfortable.

The food was delicious! The decor is out dated for sure and the drinks could step it up in the ice department. My husband always gets an old fashion and they use the same ice as water so the drink is always watered down. I feel like they could use the big cubes to help with melting and drinks tasting better.

For our first time was a great experience, food was great , nice and quiet atmosphere and Kiahna was awesome!!

The environment was very nice, very up class, nice Christmas music for this time of year. Staff were very friendly and laughing with me. The food was on point and very tasty! The wine and drink selection was perfect! And I want to say thank you to our waitress Grace! She was very knowledgeable, funny and patient. She helped me pronounce the foods and explained the taste of the foods compared with the wine. Grace came back to check on us and helped us put some good food and wine combinations. It’s always good to laugh and have a good time with your waitress or staff. Grace made it feel like we were family at Christmas dinner. 10/10 for the restaurant, definitely go and experience what I experienced tonight. And for Grace, 100/100 thank you for a wonderful night! (She Said Yes). Slip of the tongue lol
