- VVladimirNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe menu stays true to French culinary traditions, and our meal was a testament to its excellence. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of rich, deep flavors. Accompanied by a delicate sauce and crispy, golden fries, it was a true celebration of French bistro dining. The Salade Niçoise was a refreshing contrast—bright, fresh ingredients combined seamlessly into a balanced and flavorful dish. Every bite transported us to the south of France, with its vibrant olives, perfectly seared tuna, and tangy vinaigrette. Pairing our meal with beer and cider was an inspired choice, complementing the dishes beautifully. The crisp cider offered a touch of sweetness that balanced the savory flavors, while the beer provided a refreshing bitterness that paired wonderfully with the steak. This restaurant captures not only the essence of French cuisine but also the spirit of a bygone era. It’s a place where time slows down, and every bite is a reminder of why French food remains a cornerstone of fine dining. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic, nostalgic experience.More infoLa Grande Boucherie NYCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Midtown West•4.5
- DDianna1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI always love going to Maison Harlem. This time there were fewer patrons so we were able to be seated immediately and spend more time at our table. The food was also great although my shell steak was a bit dry. Next time I’ll order my favorite dish; pork chops, mashed potatoes and green beans.More infoMaison HarlemPrice: Moderate• French• Harlem•4.7
