Restaurants near 1101 New York Avenue

Just coming back from Paris, my husband and I decided we would organize his birthday dinner here as a loving nod to a wonderful experience abroad. The food was delicious and so very well presented. The wine was impeccable and cocktails were perfect. The ambiance, especially around the holidays, is unmatched. I will say it was surprisingly busy for a late evening dinner on a Tuesday and I think that made wait times for items longer than ideal. That being said, it was a top notch experience and we will be back!

A lovely place, comfortably laid out. Service was a bit slow, particularly getting our drinks- we actually had our appetizer before our drinks arrived. Food came out promptly. Watching the staff work together, helping each other was a treat.

Food was solid- love it! We did not particularly care for the waiter.  We ate outside generally we have excellent service, but this time was different.  he was not particularly helpful almost to the point of being rude.

Food and staff were outstanding. Second time at the restaurant. We did Chef’s Tasting which was delicious, creative, fantastic. Everything was beautifully plated. Only issue can be noise level. Popular place and when full the decibel level is high.

Good working lunch spot in heart of DC with nice, straightforward menu. Likes fact they providing sparkling water as complimentary. Great atmosphere inside.
