- WwayneNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBeen four times previously and ate from the main menu or had a Sunday roast. All have been great tasting and enjoyable. Last night's Valentine meal wasn't up to the usual standards across the board.More infoThe Boars - Spooner RowPrice: Expensive• British• Norwich•4.6
- SSueNorfolk/Suffolk •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a lovely Valentines meal at the Kings Head. The food was delicious and the chef here really majors on flavour in sauces and all the ingredients. The potato Rossi was the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the U.K., and the chicken supreme had a lovely texture and flavour as it was very good quality. The escalopes starter, the fish was very fresh and the jus they were in tasted of interesting flavours of honey and paprika. The chocolate and caramel dessert was just the right sized treat to round off the meal. The waitress was lovely and attended to our every need. If there is a criticism I would have liked to have some vegetables with the main meal. Otherwise the attention the chef pays to flavour is exceptional.More infoThe Kings Head New BuckenhamPrice: Moderate• British• Norwich•4.6
- LLauraNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoLovely experience. We had the Peter Pan afternoon tea and it was delicious! We also loved the added touch that £1 per afternoon tea is donated to St Ormond Street Hospital! The display was lovely with lots of fun details. We went on Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t too loud or crowded. We were celebrating a birthday and we received a birthday card and a little chocolate treat with a candle in on the arrival of our tray. Staff were polite and attentive. Highly recommend.More infoThe Assembly HousePrice: Expensive• British• Norwich•4.6
