Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program.     The Sunday Brunch was excellent! Very nice selections & especially the fresh waffles with fresh fruit. Along with the omelette station. The chef was great, you could tell he enjoyed cooking up fresh food. Our server was very attentive & kind. It was a great brunch & environment.

    Such a fun experience! The food was incredible! If you have a horror movie fan, you have to take them! They have a purge birthday experience as well, which was such a fun little thing. I also appreciated that they could tell my autistic son was not excited about the characters, and they didn't go up to him! Would definitely come back!

    A lovely place for friends from opposite sides of town to meet. Staff could not have been more accommodating (we really took our time) and the food - a few salads plus the crispy artichokes was delicious but not too much. And while we love the view on a bright sunny day, the view on a gloomy afternoon is pretty spectacular too.
