Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio.     Everything from the beginning was a great overall experience. The food was delicious, every single order, and the service was top notch. The restaurant decor was so posh yet comfortable. The view was also amazing. The only drawback was that they took forever to get me my check. Despite this, I’m still going to come back. That’s how good the food is!!

    One off the bucket list!!!! If you love mariachis its folklore and history this is a must! Drinks were cold…service was outstanding…mariachis were phenomenal, its not everyday you get to experience history where the Mexican greats did it (Jose Alfredo, Cornelio Reyna). Despite some of the stigma my family felt safe…everything checked out in terms of my bill, no overcharges! I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time….I I had the mariachi play 10 songs for 1500 pesos = $75 dollars approx! Best $75 dollars Ive spent in a long time! Experience of a lifetime!
