Always a great dinner and good time when we visit! Meredith was fantastic:) if possible could we request her when dining - everyone is always going the extra mile but Meredith really made us feel “at home” :)

The hostess staff was very friendly and sat us promptly. Our server was Sidney and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pull-apart bread was delicious and the wagyu meatballs were great. We had the Caesar and dell salads. Both were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the 16 oz prime ribeyes. Flavor was great but my “medium” came out mostly medium rare. I couldn’t really eat it. Manager comped dessert for us but never came to the table. Was very disappointed that such a premiere steakhouse couldn’t get my steak temp right. $60 steaks should be perfect every time. From the greeting at the door through the prepared food it was a delightfully delicious experience. Not only was the staff gracious snd efficient, the clientele was friendly and provided a true family atmosphere. All in all a great first experience

Jule (or Jewel?) was our server & efficient & friendly! We really appreciated her attentiveness g pleasant demeanor during a busy Valentine's lunch! The restaurant is beautiful and we had a bright day to enjoy the light. The classic decor and chandeliers, tables, the fountain... everything makes this restaurant special. Even the sales staff for the furniture store were so friendly and welcoming as we came in! The sommelier was very helpful & the Executive Chef came through and definitely sold us on the creme brulee with the house made caramel! The food was delicious and we enjoyed our time with RH rooftop and staff. Thank you!

We have previously dined at other Roosters locations in Charlotte, but this was our first time at this new Ballantyne location. The food was very good as we expected based on our visits to other Roosters locations. The atmosphere is nice - modern, open, clean. We were there for Valentine's Day lunch on a Friday - I'm glad we made reservations because almost every table was filled (it was more crowded than I was expecting for lunch time). That being said, there was enough space between tables that we did not feel crowded or cramped; there was some energetic noise but it wasn't too loud (we could easily hear each other talking at our table). The service was friendly and good, although it was slightly slower than expected which I can understand based on the large crowd of people who entered shortly after we arrived (the waitress was busy!). I would recommend it and will be back again in the future - I'm glad Roosters now has a Ballantyne location much closer to my home and that it's as good as I hoped it would be!
