- AAndyWisconsin •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAs always, a great experience! The restaurant was I little understaffed this evening, so the server was not as attentive as in the past due to the workload. But did provide excellent service when needed. The 2 "stand in bartenders (Sara and Christina (?)" were great at doing a job that they aren't normally responsible for. The all-around staff was very efficient and the ambiance great! Too bad in today's world, restaurants of all types feel the "pinch" of not having enough associates.More infoMilwaukee ChopHousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Milwaukee•4.4

- MmadelynCleveland / Akron / Canton •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIt was a perfect evening. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary with my husband’s mother. The waitress was very good. The drinks, food and desserts were superb. The entire staff was so pleasant and friendly. We drive from Cleveland, Ohio to spend our anniversary together as a family at the Capital Grille every year.More infoThe Capital Grille - MilwaukeePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Milwaukee•4.9
- ILILovePaellaChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 7, 2016The steak was very well cooked (medium rare but on the rarer side) and the potatoes were good. The bistro is in the lobby of the hotel, so it has the potential to be loud depending on the day. It was nice and quiet while I was thereMore infoJulep/Bistro 333 - Hyatt Regency MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•3.7
- Kkemps0177Minneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 4, 2015I stayed here at the beginning of December when in town for an event at the Bradley Center. My wife and I ate here the first of two nights while staying at the Hilton. The hotel offered a deal for money towards dining on-site when I booked on-line. Our service was prompt, and we were seated right away. The food was typical pub food, but was very good. The beer selection was quite good, but they were out of some of the listed beers on the menu. I had two different local brews recommended by the staff. They were quite good. The bar was hopping when we arrived, but I had no problem having a conversation with my wife. I would rate this a place for younger professionals versus the older dining crowd. Our second night, we at the Chop House next door, but returned here for dessert. It was excellent! The bar was lively again with patrons out to see a cover band. The music was good and added to the fun of the night. I would certainly return here when in Milwaukee again.More infoMiller Time Pub & Grill - MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• American• Milwaukee•4
