The food was really great, but they simply refused to provide my friend with an egg, which is on their menu. We asked several times and the staff would ignore or just laugh, but he had dietary restrictions. What is the point of having something on your menu if you refuse to serve it?

Every dish was a work of art, but the crab tacos and guacamole sorbet were truly unforgettable—easily one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Each course was perfectly paced, and the flavors were both bold and beautifully balanced. Chef Jorge himself was beyond hospitable, checking in on us, sharing his passion for each dish, and making us feel like family. The service was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. For couples looking for a dining experience that is both luxurious and genuinely welcoming, this is the place. We left completely satisfied, already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Best cocktail experience I’ve had in a long time. Drinks were beyond delicious. Deserving of top spot on the 50BB list. The PBJ is incredible! Service was nice — very welcoming and the drinks were explained clearly — but we felt rushed; we were told we had a 90-minute seating, but came by after 50 mins for last call, and brought the bill a further 20 mins before the expected end.

The view is excellent. We saw the retiring of the Mexican flag at 1800. Very impressive. Service was great. The special had a choice of mystery meat ( tasteless) or salmon, but they were out of salmon AND Caesar salad. So, just know, the point is the view, not the food. Service was excellent.

Zefiro appears to be the restaurant attached to the hospitality/catering school of Mexico City university, giving culinary and hospitality students the chance to practice and perfect their craft. The result is almost Michelin star standard food and service for a fraction of the price in amazing surroundings. Just wish the same was available in London, but it is was there would probably be all be a year long waiting list to get a table. Just stunning
