Lexi always does an amazing job with our special requests.

Great food and service. But WOW was it loud even on a wednesday . Depends on if you get loud people in there when you are there….boisterous laughing is great but not for 90 minutes. Need sound absorption in the restaraunt for sure.

Packard’s Steakhouse exceeded our expectations! Service by Theresa and Ralph was exceptional. They anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. The other staff members were friendly and attentive as well.  The beet salad appetizer was delicious and the filet mignon and steak frites entrees were cooked perfectly to temperature (medium) and the accompanying potatoes were crisp and very tasty. We will definitely come back again soon!

We had a really great time. Food and service were both very good. The restaurant called ahead to confirm reservation and discuss seating bc there was a band playing on the patio. It was thoughtful to ask if we’d prefer to still dine outside and gauge how close we wanted to be to the band. Would recommend and would return!
