Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Come here for birthdays and special events. Service and food has never been anything except stellar. I ordered something different this time and was just as good as my normal meal. Alex was the perfect server. She is very nice, does not rush, and checks on the table throughout the meal.

The food, ambience and service was beyond my expectations. I had the Risotto Pescatore and it was delicious, just enough seafood that it didn’t overwhelm the delicious tomatoe based sauce and rice. The service was excellent and they did a great job surprising my friend with a complimentary birthday dessert.
