A truly delightful dining experience. Sublime ambiance. The beet turine was revelatory, and the bouillabaisse exquisite. Josh, our server couldn't have been better or done more. He took the time to discuss the extensive wine list and inquired about our preferences to pick the perfect pairings. One of the loveliest evenings we have had in a long time.

Franco was our server . Excellent!!! Explained all the dishes so we could make a choice. If you visit Saint Augustine make a reservation at Collage and ask for Franco.

I ordered a medium Filet and it came out well done my daughter ordered a medium Filet and it was rare. Not good for the price I paid

We have been traveling the islands and eastern area of Florida for a couple of weeks. We have had several absolutely delicious meals but this was our favorite. The food was exquisite, the service and ambiance impeccable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour and tasting before dinner. I would call this a ‘don’t miss’ activity & restaurant.
