All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house.     Excellent from beginning to end starting with the delicious hand-crafted cocktails and unique perfectly poached shrimp cocktail. The NY strip was prepared perfectly as ordered and complimented by a tremendous baked potato and creamed spinach. Thank you Jessica for your friendly and top notch service.

    This was not our first trip to Ciao. Likely our 10th or so. If we want a great Italian meal, we go to Ciao. The best on the Grand Strand. We had reservations at 6:15 on the 15th, and when we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and were amazed to see that every table was full, and the bar was full. Great to see this. Our meal was as expected, done to perfection and came out hot! Which is not always the case with restaurants here. We always send friends to Ciao, we will be back again.

    I ordered the coastal seafood pasta, and it was PHENOMENAL. Very elegant flavor and cooked so perfectly. The ambience was great and the service was even greater. Thank you for an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner!!

    Booked a table for a friends birthday and so glad we did. Had a great waitress who took care of our party and was wonderful w helping those that had dietary restrictions. The food selection was perfect with options. The drinks were very well made. Everyone enjoyed the selections they had for dinner as well. Definitely would come back
