The Salthouse Tavern is a large, two-roomed, friendly local pub, in the heart of east Hull, close to the village of Sutton, Howdale Road, Salthouse Road and Gleneagle Park. From noon to 8 pm we serve a great menu. We show all major sporting events, including football and rugby league, on our six flat-screen TVs.We have a traditional bar, with two pool tables and several darts boards, as well as a jukebox. Lovely lunch today at Lucia’s. Sea bass on risotto and seared tuna. Service was as usual very nice. Decor is really pretty. One of my favourites.

Beautiful Italian food, the pizza are typically authentic Italian pizza, absolutely delicious! Thin base and not doughy. Calamari, the best I've eaten! The staff are so tentative but not over bearing, which is perfect. They're all so friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Highly recommended!
