An 'American' Bar and Grill, specializing in U.S.D.A. Prime steaks and Chops, daily seafood specials, pasta dishes, entree salads and appetizers. The Ladera Grill features extensive booth seating and a beautiful full bar, seats about 120 inside and an additional 40 in the two adjoining patios. The inside dining area is broken into two areas, an 84 seat main area, and a smaller, more intimate private room, seating 40.

    Ladera Grill is truly a gem in Morgan Hill. The food is created with great care from prep to plate. I had the clam chowder and coconut prawn / Ahi tuna salad. Delicious The service however was substandard. Our soups were not served in a timely manner and I had to ask the waitress who assumed we were served and had consumed them. After the entree arrived and we finished the waitress brought our check without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert

    Ladera is a favorite of ours because it has a wonderful menu selection, plus a variety of daily specials, top notch wine and many drink options, plus delicious desserts. The ambience is always pleasant and the service is amazing due to a dedicated and cheerful staff. We highly recommend it for a special occasion or a simple dinner out.

    Food quality was not as great as my expectations. I ordered halibut and prawns, it was November special. Grilled prawns were great, but a halibut was dry. Vegetables and rice presentation could have improved. Overall, I got an impression that it was overpriced for the quality.

    Ribeye was not seasoned at all. Requested medium rare and the steak was medium. Ordered mixed greens and received all broccoli. Wine was mischarged on the bill.

    This is one of our go-tos in Morgan Hill. We have never had a bad meal. Service is always great, and the food and drinks are great. The ambience is nice, but it can get a bit loud at times. Overall, it's a pleasant experience.

    We were visiting from southern California and were looking for a nice restaurant for dinner. We found Ladera on the app and made a reservation. What a gem! The food was delicious in every way! My steak was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were some of the best I have ever had. They have a beautiful selection of entrees, so it was hard to choose. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We would go back for sure!!
