   We went for lunch and had the French Onion Soup. It was spectacular and really hit the spot on a very cold day! My husband also had one of the salads and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We usually go for dinner but today, lunch was a special treat and also a winner!

   La Petite Framboise never disappoints. I am so glad that they were recognized again for 2025 Best of Long Island best French restaurant on Long Island (and best martini and best French toast). Congratulations again and again, so well deserved. We started with their award winning frambotini and pear martini, cocktails were perfect. It was my first time doing the fondue, and it is now my new favorite dish there. It comes with a large portion of roasted Brussel sprouts, sliced filet mignon and bread, shareable for a group (we were 2 and it was more than enough). We also shared their seasonal burrata which comes with acorn squash and crushed hazelnuts. For our entrees, I did the poulet chardonnay because I’m a creature of habit and love it so much (with enough for leftovers for tomorrow) and my friend got the sole meunière (also with enough leftovers for tomorrow). For dessert we shared the rice pudding, which is always so delicate and delicious. Service and ambience are always so warm and inviting, the owners are often walking around and chatting with guests, they make you feel like family, it was such a wonderful evening.

   Most definitely is worth the drive to my most favorite number one restaurant, Alexandra and her staff always greet us with such a warm welcome..fabulous cocktails and delicious food and desserts are the upmost.  cannot wait to return.. Blessings Joyce W

   Dinner was Very Good as well as our server...a bit noisy at times...so we skipped the dessert...sadly.... Maybe we will try a different day and time...

   For our mains, we had beef bourguignon, onion soup, and the mack & cheese. All were great, with the beef, and the mack and cheese particularly tasty. The french rice pudding for desert was the perfect ending.

   The service, the food the ambiance are all amazing!!! Such a special, spot from the appetizers to the desserts, top notch!!! If you have not tried you most definitely should!!!

   I go for the duck, Its awesome, my friend gets a fish dish always and is very good. I wish it was closer to my home, I would love to go more often, I live in Flushing. The desserts are also very good.
