Located in the stylish 5 Palms Building in Downtown Boca Raton, La Nouvelle Maison breathes new life into the French dining experience. Guests arrive via our porte-cochere entrance and are treated to the chic and intimate décor of the three main dining rooms that offer both traditional and modern settings. The dining areas surround the focal point of La Nouvelle Maison, a spacious bar and lounge area accented by a floor-to-ceiling, custom-designed glass display case housing 1300 wines and Champagne that encompass 300 labels from throughout the world.                                                                               My wife and I enjoyed caviar and Champagne, followed by Dover Sole. As usual, the food and service were top notch. Our server, Kevin was great, very attentive without being intrusive. Fish was cooked beautifully, and seasoned to perfection. Topped off the evening with the white chocolate crème brûlée and a Grey Goose chocolate martini. Both were delightful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

                                                                              Our experience was everything we expected it to be. We were seated in a quiet area of the restaurant which afforded us the opportunity to have meaningful conversation while enjoying a perfect dinner. Every course of our dinner from appetizers to dessert couldn’t have been more delightful. Our waiter, Juan, was very attentive, intuitively meeting our needs without being interruptive. This was a celebratory birthday dinner and La Nouvelle Maison is the only place we wanted to be.

                                                                              Reliably high quality & reliably expensive. The Veal Chop entre was great, the Caesar Salald was good not great and the soulfee was wonderful.

                                                                              Excellent restaurant. We come here almost every year for my husband's birthday. The French onion soup is fantastic as well as the escargot. We got the scallops and the salmon (chef special for that night). Both were superb. We topped it off with creme brulee. Wednesday you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee. Bon Appetit.

                                                                              The octopus carpaccio was outstanding. The Langoustine soup is unbelievable. But the crabtini was terrible. It was frozen. The lettuce was of course ruined by having been frozen. The tomato was frozen and the fork had trouble getting into the crab meat because it had not been thawed. I very much enjoyed the fettuccine with main lobster and a tomato cream sauce.

                                                                              We’re snow birds back for the season. Service is smooth and professional. Food quality has slipped since outlast visit in March. Salads were sloppy in presentation and taste. The mushroom veal special was on target but the duck dish was underwhelming. The skin was flabby the leg was dry overcooked. Cocktails were right on. Soufflé looked soggy so we gave dessert a pass. No longer our go to restaurant for a special treat.

                                                                              We just love it here! The food is excellent, the vibe is great, Jamie and the bar staff are gracious and attentive. This is definitely a top favorite restaurant of ours in Boca Raton.

                                                                              This is one of our favorite restaurants. My granddaughter who is 12 years old absolutely love it. It was her pic for dinner tonight. They brought her three times the chips and dip and catered to everything she needed and wanted. They are very, very helpful and kind.  we all love the restaurant.
