    For the price of the food we expected a nicer atmosphere. Instead it was more like a nicer sports bar with a little better food than a casual bar. If I’m paying $130 for a meal for three (without drinks), I kind of would expect more private seating, sharing a long booth with 3 other families.

    Food was good but very slow. Server told us how she disliked her job and didn't want to be there. Manager had to apologize for slow food service..

    My family and I ate dinner at Kona Grill and had mixed thoughts about our experience. Our food was very good, but for the price, I would have expected more. Almost all items especially the Sushi are good but overpriced. Our server was very friendly and appreciated her recommendations. As for decor, a makeover is needed, not quite sure what vibe Kana is going for, but whatever it is, it is currently dated and bland.

    We were seated in the bar at a high top with my elderly parents, even after making, and confirming a reservation for a standard table. It took over two hours to eat, because the food and service was very slow. Many of the dishes were not served properly, including both of the steaks that were improperly cooked and definitely not the cut of meat that we ordered I could go on, but I’m going to move on with my life now!

    Reservations were at 7:45 and we didn’t get sat until 8:50. All steaks were overcooked. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

    Had a reservation at 6:45, but was seated more than 45 minutes after that. Disappointed in how long it took to get seated with a reservation. The food and waiter were very good.

    Had a 630 reservation for four and was finally seated at 6:57, if it was around the holiday so no big deal. Had a drink at the bar however they had no wine glasses, they wanted to put Cabernet and a whiskey glass. I went the beer route. The price of sushi is a little bit out of control so we went with items on the main menu. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was brought to the table no less than well Done, waiter knew it immediately, and the general manager came over and took care of that meal. Took a long time to get the food, the server had 7+ tables so he was doing the best he could. Just not the dining experience I’m looking for when spending north of $200 on a family of four.

    Although we had a reservation it appears they do first come first served because we still had to wait 30 minutes. Don’t offer reservations if you don’t uphold them.

    Zena was nice but the food came out with both our chicken meals over cooked. The chicken was a bit over cooked and tough. We were seated and ordered at least 10 minutes before another couple came and were seated across from us and yet their food came out 10 minutes before ours. Not cool. Nice service but inconsistent delivery of foods.
