   This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I was there for over an hour and a half, and they still didn’t bring out one of the simplest items on their menu. When I asked the server about it, he said he was aware and would check—but then disappeared for another 20 minutes. When I finally asked for the check, he didn’t even remember that part of my order had never arrived. I had to remind him again, and his response was simply that I needed to wait even longer. I’m extremely disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable and I won’t be recommending this place to any of my friends—and honestly, I wish I could warn every stranger too.

   We always have a nice experience at King,s Fish for many years as it relates to food quality, service and price value. For this Mother’s Day we needed a special booth location close to the restrooms due to my wife’s mobile due to a hip procedure. Days before our dining a representative called and confirmed they had reserved the optimal booth location for us. We had a short wait when we arrived and sure enough the location was the best. As expected the food and service was great.

   The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the drinks were well made. My only suggestion is to double the number of disabled parking spaces.

   Because my mother has a hard time walking we parked on the back side by In n out and walked in to the patio. There was an empty booth and because our res was at that time and it was for an outside booth I sat her down there. I told the manager and he was very polite and let the front desk know. I appreciate how we were treated along with the new waiter, Alberto who was very quick and friendly.

   King’s Fish is top notch!! Servers are polite, friendly and make dining here excellent! Food is amazing served hot & fresh! Kid friendly and helpful to seniors! Delicious and beautiful clean Restaurant!❤️❤️

   Tell your servers to READ THE CHIT! The server who sat us wished me a happy birthday and provided a gluten free (GF) menu, perfect! That’s what I put in the reservation, expecting that to be known. My actual server knew neither of those things. She offered me sourdough bread— didn’t she see I was holding the GF menu? She said “but it’s sourdough”. That’s NOT GF! She didn’t know if the tacos would be GF but of course they are since I’m holding the GF menu. Since the GF menu says to ask about the chips, she offered me a replacement, so I asked for a small salad. She guessed at what dressing I might like instead of asking me… ASK, don’t guess! The food came out fast, yay! And it tasted great! Someone forgot my salad, so I had to ask about it. We sat for 30 MINUTES after finishing our food before a bus boy finally cleared HALF our plates. The server was MIA that whole time. When she finally showed up to ask if we saved room for dessert, I asked if their birthday dessert was GF. She said, “oh, it’s your birthday!” Yeah, just as I typed on my reservation! Read the chit! She offered ice cream, again having not read the chit to see that it also said “dairy free”, so I had to tell her again what she should have read on the chit! Thankfully she came up with berries but offered whipped cream. I explained that, again, I need dairy free and asked for chocolate instead. She disappeared again for about 10-15 minutes (how long does it take to squirt some chocolate onto berries?!) while I found the water jug and refilled our waters, since she never once did that or even offered, nor the bus boy. I had to refill my own waters for my whole table! Thank God she brought the check with the berries, because I didn’t want to wait for her slow service again. I put my credit card on the bill and waited for her to run the card. After another five minutes, I handed the bill and a credit card to a random server walking by, asking him to have a manger run my card. Manager never asked why.
