    We had reservations and were promptly seated on arrival. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant. The service (provided by Ann) was excellent. All four in our party were glad we had picked Kinkaids for our Holiday dinner.

    Food was good. But we had a reservation and were placed at a very small table and told that there were no other options. The service was okay, not great. They ran out of wine and didn’t have all meal options available when we were seated.

    The food was very good. We had three separate people ask us for our reservation after we were seated. They had very odd pop music playing for Christmas Eve. The service was slow almost ridiculous - the table next to us turned over while we were seated and the second seating still finished and had the bill before us (same number of people in the party and almost identical food order).. we will probably find a new place for next year but would go back for dinner just not on a holiday.

    Didn’t get the location I requested when I set the reservation several months ago. Wait service was slow. Although we weren’t in a hurry tonight, we arrived at 5:30 and didn’t leave until after 8.
