   Third? Fourth? Time after time I reserve well in advance, requesting one of my two regular severs, and a banquette because of my recovering broken back, lumbar 3,4,and 5. Arrived at 11:15. Dining room maybe 1/4 full. Many banquettes open. I was informed my requests weren’t possible from the hurried hostess, since all my server’s tables were taken, (huh?), and only one banquette was open in the place! The hostess looked down at the reservation computer the entire time, no eye contact, acing hurried and surprised I was asking about my reservation requests. So apparently she hadn’t looked at the reservation notes at all. She had nobody else waiting for her at the door, I was alone. She seemed exasperated that I was chatting with her. Pointed out my concerns to Josh the manager, and he was polite and friendly. My server, Tabby, was a delight and gave me perfect service. Steak arrived cold (yuck) and with a sauce I didn’t order. Delicious anyway as always. Salad was perfect. My guest said his food was awesome too. This is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Dallas. I used to dine at Kenny’s nearly daily, but after Covid it has definitely changed. So now I’m in only 3 times a month or so, and usually just dine at the bar, because server and seating requests are frequently ignored. Understandably when the restaurant is full. But come on: when it’s mostly empty? Severs standing around? Soon after opening? Hmmmm…

   We had a friend in from out of state and Kenny's is our go-to dinner reservation. Be prepared to confirm those reservations a week or more out. When you enter, it is dark, and sets a romantic vibe. Food is amazing. From the hot and fresh popovers to my wife's fall off the bone ribs, every bite was a delight. Our friend couldn't stop extolling the virtues of the meal. Service was top notch as well. We felt welcomed and never rushed despite the busyness of the restaurant. The only downside was rhevnoise level, but to be expected with the amount of people packed into a small space. I would definitely recommend.

   Food was superb. Best ahi tuna salad I have ever eaten. It was packed so the server was caring for multiple tables. Very good experience. I’ll definitely go there again.

   As a first time visitor at this restaurant, the experience was amazing. They really went out of their way to make us very educated about what the menu was. The food was reasonable, and excellent. Customer service was outstanding. The overall value of the meal was within range and decent.

    Overall experience was great. The service is always great. My only complaint was that our steaks were overcooked. We didn’t want to be problematic so we just dealt with it. But everything else was fine.
