Overall, the food was mediocre. We had brussels sprouts that were undercooked and had little flavor. The truffle fries were not hot. We had a tuna/crab appetizer that was strange and the flavor was unappealing. my wife had trout that was a bit fishy. My one daughter had halibut that was good. My other daughter had trout and they were two hairs on the fish. My son and I had the pork chop and it was undercooked. The flavor was not great. They placed some rather tasteless guacamole on top that seemed to come from a prepackaged guacamole from a supermarket. The most disturbing thing was that I complained about the undercooked pork and even after sending it back to cook it more, there was still a portion that was undercooked. The owner of the restaurant was dismissive and rather rude about the situation instead of being apologetic. My son and I both lost our appetite. A horrible experience. The owner of Juniper told OpenTable that I did not show up for my reservation so I could not put in a review. I would never go back to this restaurant and recommend you stay away. In addition, it is extremely overpriced My son and I both lost our appetite. A horrible experience.

Due to significant road conditions and multiple accidents I attempted to cancel my reservation but was told that I would still be charged $50 per person for the cancellation. We ended up deciding to try the roads and go. We were disappointed all the way around. Food was okay. Not great. Noise level was high. Our server was very nice but service was a little slow. Roads were worse on the way home. We will not be back.

This restaurant always meets or exceeds expectations for great service and beyond wonderful menu choices compared to not only village located (Vail and Beaver) venues but other locations in top locations like Miami. The owner cares about every detail, is welcoming and always present to assure top notch service from the moment you enter! From Vail or Beaver, it’s minutes away…. Take a short ride, you’ll be glad you did

One of our favorite restaurants in the area! Wait staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and have been there a long time which says alot about restaurant management.

The soups, butternut squash and mushroom tomato leek, for our starters were marvelous. Warm and filling. I would order the yellowfin tuna again on my next visit. The Scottish salmon was cooked to perfection. A nice surprise was the apple cider doughnut for dessert. Very tasty!
