Excellent meal, Great service, no complaints. We went on a Sunday evening and it was packed, would definitely recommend getting a reservation. It was a noisier atmosphere than I was expecting, but they sat us in the back where it was a little quieter. Food was excellent, and I didn't feel like we waited very long for it, for how busy it was.

Terrible prices, they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing, some that normally is included elsewhere. Steak was not cooked as ordered. Surprised they didn’t charge for water, salt and pepper.

Never had a bad meal at Jaks. Wagu cooked to perfection. Loved the potato pancakes and trio dessert of strawberry cheese cake, bread pudding and creme brulee. Great service.

We’ve been coming to Jak’s for over 20 years. We know prices have risen for pretty much everything. But,the portions are smaller and no vegetables with the meal.
