   My wife and I have been regulars at Jake’s for a long time. So we have experienced it with original owners and new owners. Ron & Scott continue to up their standards of quality, never taking anything for granted. We were there yesterday and their Brunch menu is truly awesome. So many great dishes to choose from. And the Service is wonderful as always. Ron and Scott care so much and it’s reflected in just how great the staff shows their happiness. Never missing a moment to help. Jake’s dinner menu and lunch menu are equally great. Jake’s has definitely become one of Palm Springs’ premier restaurants. They of course get lots of visitors to eat there but truly love and cater to locals to be happy.

   The new uograde adds more seating space but little else. The new rooms are unimaginative and lacking in the Jakes character snd vibe. What is more they are extremely noisy as it is all hard cold surfaces. I could not hear my waiter ever. The jakes dinning experience is gone in the new space

   My wife and I try to get together with her sister and her husband onve a month. This morning. 11:45, we met at Jake's in PS. It was a beautiful day - my only rregret is that we did not sit outside in the courtyard of out at curbside. Regardless, the staff was very attentive without being oppressive. Our lunches were reasonably priced, as were our cocktails, and very good. We will definitely be revisiting this restaurant. Special thanks to ut wait staff - especially Beto. Merry Christmas all

   Best Place in Town. I hope they might attempt year round with their expansion.. Service is beyond expectations.

   Nice outdoor/courtyard dining with heaters. Attentive staff… overall food was good, Caesar salad could have had less dressing … but since it’s a large portion, was able to share. Main dishes were excellent - I had the Chilean sea bass and husband had pork ribs. We selected wine for our meal and it was nice to have a selection wine by the glass to choose from.

   The redesign is very nice but there lunch menu is quite a bit smaller than last I was there, and the portion size is smaller as well on the salads. Presentation also mundane.

    We have dined here several times and ordered the turkey BLTA, which was always excellent. The amount of turkey that was recently received was minuscule Hopefully the restaurant in the future goes back to the generous portions they have been known for  that was recently received
