    Right from start everything was wonderful. The valet system they have is very easy and efficient. The service was on point as well as the food. Prices for both food and drinks are very fair. Differently if you try you won’t be disappointed

    This was our second visit since moving up to Rhode Island. Well worth the visit. The service was outstanding as well as the food. We went for several appetizers including the garlic ribs (never had before), soup dumplings, spring rolls and pork fried rice. All were outstanding with particular praise for the ribs....so interestingly great! We ended our meal with half a peking duck. Plenty of pancakes and ample cucumber and scallion. We washed it down with a bottle of champagne and cannot say enough about this establishment. We would highly recommend for a formal, casual, family meal. Having lived in the UK for over 40 years this place has great food!!! It is hard to beat London Chinese but this will not disappoint!

    We have always loved Jacky's but this particular night was extra wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive; we had water within a minute of being seated, which I ALWAYS appreciate and do not take for granted. Our drinks (there were four of us) came out quickly as well, despite it being a moderately busy Saturday evening. We ordered a round of food (shrimp dim sum, crab rangoon, pineapple rice, lo mein) and everything came out spaced, which we love because then your table is not over-crowded, food stays hot, and you can enjoy each dish without feeling like you are over-stuffing too quickly. We then ordered two specialty sushi rolls and two small rolls. The food was excellent as always. Jacky's has and will continue to remain one of our favorite restaurants in Providence due to its location, beautiful views of the waterfront, consistency in dishes, and kind staff.

    This is a review for lunch, not dinner. After two mediocre-to-bad experiences, I will not go for lunch again. There is no bartender on duty, and waiter had NO idea how to make a drink; after two tries, we gave up. Had to wait 20-25 minutes for an appetizer that clearly was not available/ready for lunch. Fried rice (ordered off t he menu, not part of the “Lunch” menu) was dry and dull. Waiter seemed inexperienced and had difficulty understanding us (one of us is Chinese); we had to explain things over and over. And please, lose the robot delivering the food—at least turn off its voice if you must have it carry. Super annoying., felt like the surveillance robot at Stop and Shop. I have previously had good experience with dinner, but now am worried.
