   Jackson’s as a whole when referring to the dining experience is second to none. Tom, however, is what makes our visits memorable and brings us back. Tom paints a picture of the menu in his mind and brings it to life for his tables.

   Best steak I have ever had. Great atmosphere, the service was great, overall a wonderful experience. Now one of my favorite places.

   First time trying their lunch and the martini one. I got the tea martini and it was tasty. My main course was the burger and fries. I wasn’t super impressed with it. Also I wish they changed up the desserts more. Ended up skipping it since none sounded appealing.

   First time dining at Jackson’s. Casual elegant. I was cheerfully greeted at the hostess station and seated promptly. The waiter,Dan, approached my table almost immediately. I ordered the 16-oz prime Delmonico and a side. The steak was done to perfection and very delicious. I didn’t give it a 5-star rating because I thought the cut was lacking in quality. The steak had a lot of unchewable fibreous tissue throughout and a very tough strip along the outer edge. The steak knife provided wasn’t sharp enough to dissect this out . Consequently, there was a lot of waste to a $70 steak. Atmosphere: way too loud! The big band music was fine but I found myself clinching my fists, eating fast and really getting annoyed. I asked my waiter if he could do something about it and he happily obliged. I enjoyed the rest of my dinner in a more calming atmosphere. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. The hospitality, service and the taste of the food was outstanding. The annoyances were fixed or tolerable.

   With such a large group (10 people) it took 50 minutes from the time we ordered until our food arrived at our table

   Tom was out on the injured list lol but Dave filled in perfectly. Always a great place to dine and the Tomahawk was perfection!
